## What REALM Is

REALM is a free, technology-agnostic operating framework for companies where humans and AI agents work together as a single crew. The human is the Player, agents operate as Characters with defined Classes, and the shared knowledge base is the Codex.

1. The world: Player, Oath, Destiny, Zones, Characters, and the structure shared by every Realm.
2. The five Classes: Warrior, Mage, Hunter, Cleric, and Bard, including their natural domains and limitations.
3. Goals and autonomy: Oath, Destiny, Saga, Quest, Task, and the three boundaries for Character freedom.
4. Operating rhythm: Sessions, Energy, the Scroll, Save Points, Season Reviews, and the Quest Board.
